Sarah Canavero grew up in Northern California. She has a double Bachelors degree in Physiology and Biochemistry, certified nutritionist, own my own nutrition business, NASM certified, CF level 1 and 2 certified, USAWL certified. 

 

She owned, managed, and operated two strength and conditioning gyms for 9 years in Northern California. She's been a personal trainer, group instructor, and fitness manager for 13 years. 

 

She was a signed professional athlete in the NPGL (National Pro Grid League) on the LA Reign (aired on NBC Sports each season) for all 3 seasons. Sarah qualified as a competitor in the CrossFit Regionals 9 times and the crossfit games twice. 

 

When she's not coaching,  she's an animal shelter manager and extremely passionate about animal welfare. She has a 6 year old rescue dog named Charlene.  Sarah and her husband are avid backpackers/outdoor enthusiasts. 

Tim Cruse is a health and fitness professional that has a huge passion for helping people reach their goals. He has over ten years of professional experience that ranges from weight loss, fitness training, athletic training, physical therapy, boot camp and group training as well as youth and training the elderly population. 

 

Tim grew up in the small town of Alturas, California and played collegiate baseball for Montana State University, Bozeman before transferring to Butte College to study athletic training. He finished his collegiate career at the University of Nevada Reno with a major in kinesiology and community health sciences. He then pursued his career in the health and fitness industry by getting multiple certifications such as;

-NASM CPT

-NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist

-Precision Nutrition Coach Certification

 

Tim also has worked with many demographics from youth athletes all the way to top professional athletes and olympic athletes and everyone in between.

Tim spent one season as the head strength coach for the Reno Big Horns (an affiliate of the Sacramento Kings). He also trained a couple olympic fencers, one of which metaled this past olympic games down i Rio! (see Elieen Grench) 

 

Tim is also a competitive athlete himself and has competed in several bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman competitions. He recently took 3rd in the Excalibur Contest in Las Angeles, CA which is the largest ameture bodybuilding contest on the west coast. 

 

His true passion, however, is helping the general population get in shape, lose body fat, gaining muscle and reaching the goal of becoming their strongest self! 

 

He prides himself in being available and serving to all of his clients as well as always thriving to be a better, more knowledgeable coach every single day.
