For busy professionals and parents, finding time to work out requires a lot of logistics--sometimes logistics makes the workout event more daunting than it is. We make it easy for our Swët Fitness members to prioritize their health and fitness, even on those dizzying busy days.  With our app, signing up for classes takes seconds.  Just sign in for the time slot that works for you!

WHOLE-BODY WORKOUTS THAT IGNITE YOUR INNER FITNESS FIRE

Swët Fitness Group Classes are full-body, dynamic and fun group workouts led by upbeat coaches and supported with technology -- all in an atmosphere that prompts enthusiasm during your workout. Each day, you can look forward to a completely new full-body workout and updated playlist to keep the energy high and your motivation strong.  We're big fans of variety, so our coaches incorporate variation of HIIT to include, weight & functional training, cardio, circuit drills and stability practice to target every muscle in your body.

KEEP YOUR HEAD IN THE WORKOUT, WE'LL KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR KIDS

Your schedule may look different from day to day, and finding child care that aligns with your "non-schedule" schedule can be and expensive headache.  That's why we've included child care services in select swët memberships.  Our Kid Play Space is a clean, supervised area for your little ones to safely run wild while you focus on your workout. Our supervisors keep your kids occupied with activities, movement and games-- whatever they need to get their energy out!
