Jess Dyess
Owner
Jess was a die-hard Swët member for almost two years before she went from burpees to boss. With a lifelong obsession for all things fitness (we’re talking gym-hopping like it was a sport), she never really stuck—until Swët. The workouts hit different, the community felt like family, and showing up became her favorite part of the day.
So when the chance came to run her happy place? She ditched the corporate life and never looked back.
Now Jess is living the dream—running a badass, family-owned gym that inspires and reshapes (literally and figuratively) everyone who walks through the door. . Her three daughters grew up in KidsZone (shoutout to the rockstar staff who helped shape them), and she’s forever grateful for the tribe that lifts each other up—on and off the floor.
Certified in ACE Group Fitness and ISSA Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Jess is all about helping you find your strong, whether you're chasing PRs or chasing toddlers.

When she graduated high school she came to Reno in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in kinesiology! In 2017 she graduated and began working in a physical therapy office. She soon found herself falling more deeply into the fitness world and it felt like home. Since then she and her husband have started a family, and they have two daughters that are always on the go! Fitness continues to be a passion, as is helping others- which is exactly what led her to our amazing team. 💚

Head Programmer & Coach
With over 15 years of coaching experience and as a former gym owner, Katie knows fitness doesn't have to be miserable to be effective.
She is passionate about helping people build strength, improve movement, and gain confidence both inside and outside the gym. Whether working with first-time exercisers or seasoned athletes, Katie loves helping people discover they're stronger than they thought—while also reminding everyone that falling over during a demo is a perfectly acceptable teaching strategy.
Katie believes great coaching is about meeting people where they are, celebrating progress, and remembering that nobody looks graceful doing burpees.
