But starting December 2, we’re taking it one step further.

Introducing our brand-new Mom & Baby Specialty Sessions, every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 AM.

Bring your stroller-age, non-mobile baby and enjoy a supportive, low-impact workout focused on:
💪 Core rebuilding and total-body strength
💓 Mobility and endurance for postpartum recovery
👶 Bonding with your baby while connecting with other moms
